Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior WHS Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Health and Safety team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to prevent injuries and illnesses in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement health and injury prevention measures and campaigns
  • Coordinate the implementation of an occupational health management/early intervention process for work-related injuries
  • Analyze injury data and develop appropriate health measures to reduce injuries
  • Support HR and Safety in organizing effective systems for strategic delivery of occupational health care and injury management
  • Uncover areas of opportunity and present business recommendations to contribute to the shaping of our health and injury management program

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
