Airport Development Group has invested heavily in transforming these properties into world-class destinations, enhancing guest experiences with new facilities and services. The hotels have undergone significant upgrades, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests.

A brand-new lagoon pool has been introduced, complete with a poolside restaurant offering a delightful dining experience in a stunning setting. The extensive tropical gardens create a serene atmosphere, providing a wonderful base from which to explore the Top End's attractions and natural beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance strategies to ensure high standards are maintained for a positive guest experience.
  • Ensure all team members are competent in the safe and effective use of equipment and chemicals in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
  • Liaise with the General Manager and Financial Controller regarding use of contractors within the hotel, controlling expenditure and ensuring work meets company specifications.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a maintenance function within a large multi-storey complex.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Property Management System.
