Aviation Maintenance Engineer Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals, contribute to a leading aeromedical organization, and enjoy a roster that balances work and life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing maintenance activities, including coordination of checks.
  • Carrying out component maintenance.
  • Supervising engineers, apprentices, and/or contractors as required.
  • Completing maintenance documentation accurately.
  • Maintaining aircraft and engine records.
  • Maintaining aircraft within licensing requirements and procedural guidelines.
  • Raising matters of non-compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Ensuring safe practices in the workplace, identifying hazards, and utilizing the Safety Reporting System.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A valid CASA Part 66 B1.3 LAME Licence for the Leonardo AW139.
  • A collaborative approach to work, with the ability to work autonomously effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and self-motivation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A professional, service-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to deploy to remote locations for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

Knowledge of Kawasaki/MBB BK117-B2 (LTS101) & Airbus H145 Helicopters is highly regarded.
