Job Description

A key opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and safety across both properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies throughout the Hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure all team members are competent in the safe and effective use of equipment and chemicals in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Liaise with senior management regarding contractor utilisation, controlling expenditure and ensuring work is completed to the required standard.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering would be highly desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience managing a maintenance function within a large multi-storey complex.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Property Management Systems.
