Senior Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance to ensure high standards are maintained for a positive guest experience.
  • Ensure all team members are competent in the safe use of equipment and chemicals according to manufacturer instructions.
  • Liaise with senior management regarding contractors, controlling expenditure and ensuring work meets required standards.
Essential Qualifications
  • Trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience managing maintenance functions in a large complex.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems.
