About the Role

Deliver exceptional care and support to our residents in our beautiful home in Valley View. We're looking for a dedicated individual to help create a home that residents love, delivering care standards of the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build genuine relationships with residents and their families, creating a sense of community and belonging.
  • Create engaging programs that cater to social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment, promoting a happy and healthy lifestyle.
  • Coordinate group activities inside and outside the home, fostering a sense of connection and belonging among residents.
  • Set lifestyle goals for residents and implement programs to help them achieve these, promoting personal growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the support team to meet residents' needs, ensuring a seamless and high-quality care experience.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent) to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
  • Passion for building relationships and a desire to see residents enjoying themselves, making a real difference in their lives.
