Junior Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized junior accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in accounting and be proficient in Chinese or Thai.

About the Role:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a junior accountant to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting, including tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and draft tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  2. Manage bookkeeping using MYOB and Xero, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments.
  3. Process payroll using Xero and the ATO system, ensuring correct deductions and payments.
  4. Calculate BAS/GST reports, providing accurate financial insights for business decision-making.
  5. Liaise with the ATO and ASIC on client matters, maintaining excellent communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  6. Perform accounts receivable tasks, ensuring timely payments and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
