Aston Carter have partnered with a Nationally recognised company within the Healthcare and Logistics industry to recruit a Junior Accounts Executive to join the team on a 6-month contract out of their Pemulwuy office. This is a great opportunity to join a highly functional team and progress your career within Accounts Management.

**The Opportunity**

This opportunity has specifically been created to assist Principals in providing and maintaining exceptional logistics services to their clients. As a Junior Accounts Executive you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.

**The Role**

As a Junior Accounts Executive, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide appropriate superior customer service & support to all inbound & internal enquiries with a will do can do attitude.
- Manage all customer complaints professionally and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and complete principal requests by collaborating with internal departments.
- Proactively develop a good understanding of all DPA Principals' daily operations and document out-of-scope processes.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with Principals, internal departments, customers and wholesalers.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Handle ADHOC duties such as reporting, archiving, contacting customers for supply-related issues and wholesaler delivery ETA’s.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 1 year in similar role.
- Prior industry experience in logistics/supply chain or healthcare preferred.
- High degree of computer literacy, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Can do will do attitude.
- High level of resilience.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
