Job Overview

The successful candidate will work primarily with stainless steel and carbon steel materials, utilizing TIG welding techniques to deliver precision and quality in every product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform TIG welding on thin stainless steel and thicker stainless/carbon steel materials to meet production standards.
  • Collaborate with fabricators and fellow welders to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and adjust welding processes to ensure efficiency and quality, inspecting finished welds visually to confirm accuracy and quality standards.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools commonly used in welding, including equipment that requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Lift and maneuver materials up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience or completion of an accredited welding program (recent certification acceptable).
  • 2+ years of TIG welding experience.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
