This position involves performing TIG welding on thin stainless steel and thicker stainless/carbon steel materials.
You will work collaboratively with fabricators and fellow welders to meet production goals. Key responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting welding processes to ensure quality and efficiency, inspecting finished welds visually to confirm accuracy and quality standards, and safely operating hand and power tools commonly used in welding.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience or completion of an accredited welding program (recent certification acceptable). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship are essential requirements for this role.
