Client Services Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen for a qualified insurance professional to join our team as a Client Services Manager, specializing in the Equine, Adventure and Leisure markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and retaining clients while being involved in a wide range of activities to support senior leaders in a close-knit environment.
Key Responsibilities- Providing exceptional client service and effective relationship management to retain a growing portfolio of equine clients
- Completing various broking tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Managing a portfolio of clients while working towards team targets in a supportive work environment where colleagues share resources and assist one another
- We are looking for someone who is Tier 1 qualified (Insurance Diploma preferred) and familiar with industry-standard broking systems such as Winbeat and Sunrise
- Fully motivated with a desire to thrive in a supportive team environment
- An all-rounder with a passion for the equine industry, who can effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
- You are a strong team player who can exceed team and personal goals in a fast-paced environment
