This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who has previously worked in a mortgage brokerage and can confidently manage the full lending process—from credit proposal and serviceability assessments to lodgement via AOL, right through to settlement.
You'll be an essential part of a high-performing, close-knit team where your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities Assess client scenarios and structure loan applications Conduct product and policy checks across lenders Own the loan file from submission through to settlement Liaise with lenders, aggregators, referral partners, and clients Ensure compliance and documentation are accurate and complete Support brokers in delivering an outstanding client experience About You Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (e.g.
Loan Processor, Broker Support, or Credit Specialist)Strong knowledge of credit policy, serviceability, and AOL lodgements Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline High attention to detail and excellent communication skills Proficient in My CRM (or similar broker platforms), Microsoft Office, and G Suite A proactive, solutions-focused team player About Us At Bundy Financial, we pride ourselves on delivering personalised, high-quality service to every client.
