About the Role:

  • You will work closely with experienced brokers who have long tenures, conducting client needs analyses and preparing comprehensive insurance submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating renewals, endorsements, and new business terms with insurers.
  • Providing expert claims management and support.
  • Maintaining compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Tier 1 qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products.
  • Experience in transport or heavy vehicle insurance products.
  • Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • A proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow business.
