We're looking for a Client Service Manager (CSM) to join our team and be a reliable touch point for our clients. This role is all about delivering outstanding client experiences, ensuring every interaction is smooth, supportive, and solutions-focused. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients following their broker meeting, collecting information and documents, and being a point of contact for clients throughout their journey
- Managing communication between clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure a smooth experience from submitting loan applications through to formal approval
- Providing updates on loan applications and ensuring clients are informed at every stage and kept in the loop at all times
- Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and elevate the client experience
- Supporting the broader team with administrative tasks and client-related projects
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to explain and convey complex information clearly
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset – someone who enjoys problem-solving and making processes more efficient for the benefit of the team
- Excellent organisational skills – the ability to multitask and manage high volumes of client interactions at once amongst multiple brokers
- Strong attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in all client interactions and documentation
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering a positive and consistent client experience
