Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of our industry by working on challenging and exciting projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and conducting professional engineering work on EHV/HV Secondary Systems Strategic Planning and Conceptual Design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct professional engineering work on relevant aspects of EHV/HV Secondary Systems Strategic Planning and Conceptual Design.
  • Provide detail design services, consult, recommend and advise on specialist engineering areas including Protection Detailed Design, Primary Plant and Secondary Systems Equipment Specification and Procurement, Grid Metering, Power Quality and High Speed Monitoring Installations.
  • Assist with site commissioning as required.
  • Assume the role of Design (Package) Leader in accordance with the Company's Engineering procedures.

About You:

  • An Electrical Engineering Degree.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Design, integration & coordination, installation & commissioning of electrical systems and services for high voltage power systems.
  • Understanding and knowledge of secondary system design from basic concept development through to detailed design.
