Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Design And Build Recruitment. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects, including planning, design, and execution
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Australian tertiary engineering qualification or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in a civil engineering consultancy in Australia
  • Hands-on experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
  • Experience in road design, earthworks, stormwater, pavement, and infrastructure design
  • Sound understanding of relevant Australian Standards, Vic Roads, Aust Roads, WSAA, and other Authorities policies and guidelines

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 + Super (negotiable depending on experience)
