Restaurant Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of restaurants on our platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of restaurants and serving as their trusted advisor
  • Using platform data and insights to help venues optimize their performance and maximize revenue
  • Guiding restaurants through setup, activation, and performance improvement cycles
  • Identifying and acting on commercial growth opportunities, including feature adoption, marketing packages, and integrations
  • Monitoring venue performance and intervening early to support ongoing success
  • Providing tailored support and maintaining long-term, high-trust relationships with your restaurant partners
