Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth and product adoption with large restaurant partner groups in Australia.

  • This role involves building strong relationships with decision makers and identifying opportunities to improve core business metrics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead post-deal partner management for high-value and high-potential restaurant partners in Australia.
  • Own partner relationships to achieve revenue growth targets and ensure high retention by driving mutual business value.
  • Understand stakeholder landscapes and ensure strong relationships throughout restaurant partner organisations.
  • Represent the company at relevant events at national and local levels.
  • Conceive, design, and lead growth initiatives with restaurant partners and drive them through to completion.

The Experience You'll Bring:

  • Previous customer-facing experience at executive levels, with accountability for achieving business targets or delivering a quota.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of how businesses and organisations work.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders across businesses and levels.
  • Project management and organisational skills, with experience working cross-functionally strongly preferred.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.
