About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Parts Specialist to join our team at Kenway and Clark. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers and mechanics have the essential parts they need for repairs and maintenance, keeping their operations running smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately identify required parts using catalogs, databases, and your technical expertise.
  • Sourcing parts from our inventory or through suppliers, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions.
  • Processing orders efficiently, from creating purchase orders to verifying part numbers and quantities.
  • Offering technical support to customers and internal staff on part specifications, compatibility, and troubleshooting.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and timely delivery.
  • Assisting with inventory management, including stocktaking and keeping our showroom well-stocked and organized.
