Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver workplace rehabilitation services that support injured workers in their recovery and return to work.
- Conduct assessments to determine the best strategies for facilitating return to work.
- Provide clinical opinions and justifications through detailed report writing.
- Case manage complex injuries and coordinate with treating doctors and health professionals.
- Partner with organizations to deliver a range of services, including pre-employment assessments, job dictionaries, and ergonomic assessments.

- Professional accreditation: Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or rehabilitation counselling, with the ability to obtain registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAA.
- Experience: experience working within ACC (NZ accident compensation scheme) is highly desirable.
- Analytical expertise: excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
