About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join our high-performing teams across Australia. This unique opportunity allows you to experience living in Australia while expanding your skillset in a workplace rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to determine the best way to help them get back to work.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating a safe return to work.
  • Assess and manage complex injuries, liaising with treating doctors and health professionals to help an injured worker recover and get back to work.
  • Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
  • Collaborate with and oversee other practitioners to deliver injury prevention services, including pre-employment assessments, job dictionary development, and workplace-based ergonomic assessments.

Requirements
  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with OTBNZ.
  • A Can-do work ethic and positive mindset.
