About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our CBRE – ISPT Retail Property Management team in Sydney South. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing high-quality marketing strategies and analyzing their effectiveness to maximize the success of our retail properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a calendar of marketing and event activities to drive foot traffic and sales
  • Manage relationships with marketing suppliers and agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Produce regular marketing reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in retail marketing. You will have a tertiary qualification in marketing and a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will be an excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
