About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive, Retail to join our team at Dexus. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of retail campaigns across our portfolio, working closely with centre marketing teams to support the implementation of marketing plans, budgets, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the digital marketing operations and manage agency relationships to ensure the effective operation of centre websites, including acting as first responder to centre website issues.
  • Triage and manage day-to-day digital marketing requests via intake form.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to determine digital and social platforms for campaign execution, e.g. research, commercial, leasing, etc.
  • Support the upload of retailer content on centre channels while maintaining brand identity across centre websites.
  • Develop digital multimedia where required, including video, photo briefs, and content.
  • Develop and champion new social media opportunities, including month-to-month content creation and curation, management of paid marketing campaigns in collaboration with social media agencies.
About You
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in an integrated marketing and communications role within a retail shopping centre or national retail marketing environment or commensurate industry.
  • Experience liaising with external advertising, marketing, PR, and web agencies.
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, campaign development, project management, and delivery.
  • Proficient in digital marketing with skills in the digital space.
  • Knowledge of website CMS platforms and social media channels and management.
