We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Dexus, a leading Australasian fully integrated real asset group. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in assisting the General Manager, Retail Marketing in planning and executing Dexus retail campaigns across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the digital marketing operations and manage agency relationships to ensure the effective operation of the centre websites.
- Triage and manage day-to-day digital marketing requests via intake form.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to determine digital and social platforms for campaign execution.
- Support upload of retailer content on centre channels while maintaining brand identity across the centre websites.
- Develop digital multimedia where required, including video, photo briefs, and content.
- Develop and champion new social media opportunities, including month-to-month content creation and curation, management of paid marketing campaigns in collaboration with social media agencies.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive who possesses a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. You will have experience in an integrated marketing and communications role within a retail shopping centre or national retail marketing environment, as well as experience liaising with external advertising, marketing, PR, and web agencies.
You will have demonstrated success in digital marketing, campaign development, project management, and delivery, and be proficient in digital marketing with skills in the digital space. You will also have knowledge of website CMS platforms and social media channels and management.
