Job Opportunity: Account Growth Specialist

We seek a seasoned commercial professional to build strategic partnerships with prominent QSR clients.

Role Purpose
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key QSR partners (e.g. KFC, Domino's) - providing trusted advisory services and resolving critical issues
  • Support the Business Development Manager in executing business strategies and meeting annual performance targets
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, promotional planning, and pricing administration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, finance, and innovation teams to drive results
  • Identify trends, resolve problems, and contribute innovative ideas to drive growth
  • Deliver reliable, responsive service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG, Foodservice, or B2B sales (advantageous if you have worked with QSRs)
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • A calm and composed demeanor under pressure, along with a proactive attitude
  • Technical proficiency - Salesforce experience is desirable
