Field Service Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the optimal functioning of our products.

About the Role:
  • Perform on-site inspections and maintenance of lifting equipment, including test and tag procedures.
  • Conduct regular service repairs on product and equipment, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice on quality products and services.
  • Commit to 100% personal and business safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and protocols.
  • Liaise with customers, working effectively on their sites as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated technical service experience within a manufacturing background is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed, with flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, with ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Relevant tickets/licenses, including Dogging and Working at heights, are highly desirable.
