We are currently seeking two Field Service Technicians to support our clients in the Kalgoorlie Goldfields on an 8:6 roster from Perth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting, maintaining, and servicing lifting equipment and accessories
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Preparing written/digital reports for customers and company records
  • Collaborating with the support team for seamless communication and issue resolution
