Senior Lifting Operations Specialist

Lift and handle equipment safely and efficiently within the oil and gas operations. Ensure compliance with rules and regulations, coordinating with stakeholders and logistics teams.
- Implement lifting management systems to prevent incidents.
- Review calculations for complex lifts and approve plans for Category 3 operations.
- Audit sites and lifting appliances to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Investigate incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with headquarters and other departments to achieve a 'zero incident' goal in lifting and handling.
- Serve as technical authority for lifting operations.
- Develop and implement lifting procedures and guidelines.
- Train and mentor site personnel on lifting and handling best practices.
- Maintain records of lifting activities and statistics.
- Ensure compliance with international and national HSE regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in lifting and handling operations.
- Experience in creating or writing lifting management system documents.
- Knowledge of international standards and company rules.
- Leadership and organizational skills in a multicultural environment.
- Promote a safe working environment.
- Contribute to the development of a highly skilled workforce.
