We are seeking an experienced leader with 5-7 years of management experience in a GMP manufacturing environment. A strong understanding of Biologics processing and compliance management within GMP/GLP regulations is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the MCS team to support OPS Group operations
  • Building a high-performing team through mentoring and leadership
  • Identifying and overcoming practical problems to deliver sustained improvement in site performance indicators
