Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, specifications, and change orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and distribute project-related reports, memos, and correspondence
  • Support project managers in tracking project expenses, invoices, and budgets
  • Preparation of purchase orders, processing invoices, and bank reconciliations
  • Maintenance of RFIs (Requests for Information), and change order files
  • Close collaboration with accounts departments to ensure financial data accuracy
  • Preparation of WHS documents as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous experience as a Project Administrator, Contract Administrator or a similar role in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of construction project management processes and terminology
  • Experience in contractor management software and Microsoft Office

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working within the eastern suburbs. Most projects are located within the city/ eastern suburbs area. You will have the opportunity to work on high-end commercial and residential fit-out and refurbishment projects, ranging from $550k - $3M.
