High-End Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to oversee the design and delivery of our high-end residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to take ownership of premium projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate all design aspects, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Collaborate with consultants to prevent clashes in BIM and ensure efficient execution.
- Oversee project execution on-site, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress.
- Proven experience as a Design Manager or similar role in high-end multi-residential, commercial, or industrial sectors.
- Registered Architect (preferred) with ability to lead and coordinate all design aspects independently.
- In-depth knowledge of legislation, BCA requirements, Construction Act, and NCC.
- Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and BIM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders across all stages of project delivery.
