A Junior Design Manager is required to work closely with the project and design teams to coordinate and manage front-end design processes across multiple residential projects.
The role involves assisting in managing the design process, coordinating with consultants, architects, and subcontractors, reviewing drawings and documentation, preparing approvals, supporting the team in resolving design-related challenges, maintaining project timelines, and contributing to value engineering and innovative design solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an architecture or construction-related role.
- Proven experience working on multi-residential (class 2) projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and design documentation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
