Job Overview

The Senior Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of high-end film projects. They collaborate with production and supervision teams to ensure seamless information flow.

  • Manage databases containing current project statuses.
  • Coordinate daily operations, taking detailed notes, and facilitate material exchange between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in film production, preferably on high-end productions.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and adapting to changing timelines.
  • Familiarity with the film production pipeline.
  • Experience organizing review sessions and coordinating logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with databases and data management systems.
  • Knowledge of FTP software and cloud storage platforms.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Shotgun software and other industry-standard tools.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for creating visual content.
  • Knowledge of Filemaker or similar database management systems.
