We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Ambassador to join our expanding team at TradingHub. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about cultivating strong relationships with customers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering deep partnerships with key decision-makers, while maintaining existing ones. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare customer pitches and demos, ensuring the selling process is informed and bespoke. Additionally, they will identify customer-driven product development opportunities and contribute to targeted events such as RegHub.

Main Responsibilities:

Act as a brand ambassador for TradingHub, promoting a positive industry presenceEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makersWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop customer pitches and demosIdentify customer-driven product development opportunitiesContribute to targeted events and marketing initiativesOwn the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing deals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Main Skills/Competencies:

A strong understanding of capital markets, particularly fixed income or commoditiesExpertise in regulatory compliance, market integrity, and MAR etc.Good knowledge of the trade surveillance landscape, including competitor offerings and regulatory relationshipsExceptional relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholdersAbility to develop and implement effective strategies, set ambitious targets, and achieve business objectivesExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to persuade senior stakeholdersSelf-motivated and resilient, with a hunger to succeedComfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills
