Windermere Child and Family Services is seeking a skilled Counsellor to provide specialist support to victim survivors of sexual assault. As a Counsellor with Windermere, you will be part of a team committed to outcome-focused care for children, families, and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a caseload and provide specialist Counselling support to victims of Sexual Assault.
- Work under pressure and maintain consumer files and databases.
- Prepare written reports and demonstrate assessment skills, including psychosocial assessment and the MARAM framework.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or relevant equivalent.
- Demonstrated understanding of the impact of trauma and trauma-informed practice.
- Direct experience providing specialist Counselling to victim survivors of sexual assault.
What We Offer:
- Above Award Personal Leave and 17.5% annual leave loading.
- Flexible Ways of Working - home, in the office, or a combination of both.
- Salary packaging (up to $15,900 per year + additional $2,650 meals and entertainment).
