About the RoleThis role involves:
- Optimizing campus resources and creating a safe and vibrant space in partnership with local functional areas
- Establishing relationships and networking with various stakeholders to build good rapport with colleagues and community
- Providing high-level customer service and coordinating on-ground services
- Negotiating and communicating effectively with colleagues and community members
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid Working with Children Check
- Diploma or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience in a relevant discipline
- Experience in building rapport with diverse people and monitoring/delivering services that meet customer requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, to align with operating hours
