Role Overview

As a key operational leader, you will be accountable for driving branch performance, with a focus on safety and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, fleet utilization, and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the safety of your team and customers.
  • Leading and inspiring employees to deliver exceptional customer service using knowledge of key branch operations and quality compliance processes.
  • Developing quotes, raising purchase orders, and entering hire agreements to create value for customers.
  • Overseeing asset and quality management.
  • Managing branch profit and loss (P&L) and KPIs around fleet availability and utilization, and customer loyalty.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar position, where their diverse leadership skills have engaged teams to perform at their best. Key qualifications include:

  • Sales and operational management experience – ideally with a background in traffic, pumps, or shoring.
  • Previous team leadership experience, developing a cohesive mindset.
  • A track record of delivering on customer service KPIs.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer literacy, including customer databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
