Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on driving performance excellence across our Branch Network by delivering timely, actionable insights that help branch teams make confident, data-informed decisions.

About the Role
  • Design and deliver performance reports that highlight key metrics and drive business growth.
  • Analyse trends in sales conversion and member engagement to inform business strategy.
  • Partner with branch teams to build confidence in using data-driven insights and improve decision-making.
  • Streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, and a knack for turning trends into opportunities.

About You
  • Experience in performance reporting and data visualisation is essential.
  • Able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
