Senior Design Lead Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Design Lead to spearhead the development of 7-Eleven's in-house agency. As a key member of our team, you will define the creative vision and direction for the brand, campaign, and retail work.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and growing design team, where you'll have the chance to shape the visual identity of 7-Eleven across various channels. You'll collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and digital teams to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency as the function scales.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a strong visual direction for 7-Eleven's brand, campaign, and retail work
  • Reviewing and guiding design outputs across social, digital, OOH, and in-store channels
  • Mentoring and managing a team of in-house designers, fostering skill development and growth
  • Contributing to high-impact design projects and campaigns
  • Safeguarding brand consistency through design systems, toolkits, and quality control
  • Collaborating with marketing, creative, and agency partners to ensure aligned delivery

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong experience in senior design or art direction roles, ideally in-house or at a creative agency
  • A portfolio showcasing multi-channel work across retail, digital, content, and campaign formats
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to grow and mentor other designers
  • A deep understanding of brand identity, campaign storytelling, and design systems
  • High standards of craft and a passion for great design
  • Comfortable working in Agile or cross-functional environments
