About The Role

The Senior Graphic Designer is a key member of the creative team, responsible for developing brand design and ensuring its consistent application across the business.

This role oversees the creative design of marketing assets across all channels — including campaigns, website, digital content, and brand toolkit — ensuring a fresh, modern, and future-facing interpretation of the brand.

Working closely with the Head of Creative and the wider Marketing Team, the Senior Graphic Designer will champion brand consistency, creative excellence, and innovative design thinking that drives engagement, brand love, and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead creative concept development, design, and finished artwork for all marketing campaigns, brand toolkits, web content, and promotional assets.
  • Partner with the Head of Creative to interpret brand strategy into inspiring, commercially effective creative executions.
  • Lead development of a long-term brand platform to drive cohesion and consistency across all touchpoints, working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build, own, and maintain the brand visual identity guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all channels and markets.
  • Develop and oversee the design and production of assets for website, email marketing, social media, in-store communications, and events.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, digital teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality, channel-optimized creative.
  • Ensure creative outputs reflect an understanding of target audiences, cultural trends, and retail marketing best practices.
  • Mentor and guide other creative team members, fostering a culture of creativity, craft, and innovation.
