As a seasoned creative leader, you will be responsible for driving innovative campaigns and shaping the creative vision for our global brand.

You will lead a team in Melbourne to deliver exceptional work for some of Australia and New Zealand's most loved brands.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced creative leader who can develop and execute creative strategies that adapt to a variety of mediums and channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to take on creative feedback to facilitate innovation.

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of creative concepts, social media activity, and content that meets quality standards.

A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining relationships with a network of freelancers and production partners to deliver innovative campaigns.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-performing teams that collaborate effectively and achieve shared goals.

About You

  • You have strong experience in advertising (agency preferred), with a focus on channel-agnostic creative campaigns.
  • You have a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver effective creative campaigns.
  • You have experience managing a creative team across strategy and design, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams that collaborate effectively.
  • You have strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to take on creative feedback to facilitate innovation.
  • You have a talent for making the most of limited resources to create magic.
  • You have a passion for creative leadership and a desire to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional work.
  • You are eligible to work in Australia, with full working rights.
