Job Description

As a Senior Mid-Level Designer, you will take the lead on projects from concept to final delivery, crafting bold, high-impact design and motion content that connects with audiences and drives results.

The ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced designer who can translate client goals into creative concepts and engaging visual experiences. They will juggle multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, presenting their ideas clearly and confidently to team members and clients.

This role offers the opportunity to shape your own path and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing high-quality design and motion content across digital, social, and marketing platforms
  • Staying on top of current design and motion trends, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborating with the Head of Design to develop innovative solutions

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong portfolio blending motion, static, and interactive work. Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 5+ years' agency design experience, including B2B campaigns
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere
  • A collaborative spirit with clear, confident communication skills
  • A sharp eye for brand consistency and detail
