Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creative Visionary Leader to join our team.

About the Job
  • Lead distinct portions of a project with supervision by Project Leadership.
  • Exhibit initiative, process innovation, problem-solving, and decision quality with attention to precision and accuracy.
  • Produce presentation and contract deliverables such as diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, physical models, and animations.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, consultants, and clients through timely and appropriate means.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and innovate with strong conceptual design ability.
  2. Collaborate critically and constructively evaluate ideas.
  3. Contribute to and participate within the studio and office.
  4. Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of building materials, systems, specifications, codes, details, and construction techniques.
  5. Enrich design concepts through technical strategies.
Requirements
  • Professional degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Licensed or professional licensure process close to completion; LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, parametric and rendering software, and Adobe Suite.
