- Extensive experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
- An ability to confidently communicate with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- A passion for understanding and sharing what makes our business unique
- Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential
