Job Description

The role of Operations Program Coordinator is pivotal in facilitating the smooth operation of our airport. This dynamic position contributes to a fast-paced environment that underpins the daily operations of the airport.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic oversight and coordination of multiple interdependent projects within the Aviation Operations Planning and Delivery team. The successful candidate will partner with project sponsors to plan and manage the overall program lifecycle, ensuring alignment with key operational outcomes.

  • Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to keep the program on track.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive program success.
  • Support program governance through documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including budget tracking, purchase orders, roster coordination, and meeting management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, along with proven experience in program or project coordination, ideally within a complex operational environment.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a solid understanding of program planning, monitoring, and risk management techniques are essential for this role.
