As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart North Lakes – College Street

• Number of places:119-place centre, caters to children aged 6 weeks to Kindergarten.
• Flexibility & Programming Hours:8 hours off-the-floor and 30 hours on the floor, supporting and mentoring the Educators.
• Centre/Environment Features:Our spacious and well-resourced centre provides a nurturing and engaging learning environment in a vibrant community. With dedicated outdoor play spaces, a strong connection with local schools, and a team of passionate educators, we foster a love of learning while preparing children for their next big step into school.

You'll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
