Leading a New Venture: Store Manager Opportunity 

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our new store in Canberra. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team.

The Role:

Key responsibilities include building local community connections, hiring and training a world-class team of educators, developing and executing a community marketing plan, and managing store operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a community outreach strategy to foster engagement with the local community
  • Build a diverse and skilled team through targeted recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Manage store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock maintenance
  • Establish a positive work culture that embodies the company's values

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
