Lead a Team of Fitness Enthusiasts

The Role We're seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Deputy Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a dynamic team of fitness enthusiasts who share your passion for retail and fitness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and open communication
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to create and execute store events and promotions that attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Maintain high standards of product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail or fitness environment
  • Strong understanding of the retail and fitness industries, including current trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving goals and exceeding expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
