Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Fitness Studio Leader to join our team. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for leading by example and setting the tone for an exceptional member experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a natural ability to motivate and inspire others. They will be confident in their coaching abilities and able to deliver engaging and challenging workouts that meet the needs of diverse members.

A successful Fitness Studio Leader will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, coaches, and management. They will also be organized and able to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain accurate records as needed.

Requirements
  • Level 2 minimum (level 3 preferred) Personal Training/Group Fitness qualification
  • Personal or group training experience
  • First Aid/AED certification
  • Managerial experience in a related role
