The Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work in both retail and fitness spaces, collaborating with a Head Coach to bring events to life at local gyms and studios, connecting with the community and building relationships with partners.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the store team and culture, driving strategic results, and ensuring profitable growth of the store through day-to-day management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Team Culture:
    • Deliver an exceptional experience by being a brand ambassador and storyteller for our values.
    • Support the build and roll out of a strategic quarterly plan to drive growth and advocacy.
    • Organise and facilitate in-store events to add value to the community and drive visitation.
  • Develop Team Leaders:
    • Ensure the team has product knowledge to educate the community on the range.
    • Identify team learning opportunities and deliver coaching.
    • Support new team member onboarding through induction and provide ongoing support, feedback, and development.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Create daily game plans to inspire and engage the team to drive results.
    • Complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
    • Responsible for organisation, tidiness, and inventory management.
  • Financial Acumen:
    • Review and understand store KPIs and continue to drive performance improvement every day.
    • Monitor daily sales results and implement key actions for improvement.
